Monthly – Fill in for your cook/personal chef

Projects – As negotiated may be a combination of the above rates and times. Contract Nutritional Management- please contact.
Out of Pocket Expenses include mileage(tolls), meals, and other authorized purchases including supplies. Mileage is $0.55 per KM driven.
Work Product for the Back of the House that may be extra include; (all with credits)
– Menu Creation, including recipe ideas,
– Recipes,
– Photos,
– Kitchen Layouts/Design
– Sourcing specific equipment.
Work Product for Nutritional Assessments, Site Visits, Consultations
– Dietary Nutritional Balancing
– Recipes for Special Conditions or Needs
